Duration of Data Storage
(1) We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes or as long as legal retention obligations exist.
(2) Storage duration in detail:
- Contact data from inquiries: Until the end of communication, maximum 3 years after last contact
- Contract data: For the duration of the contractual relationship and beyond according to legal retention obligations (e.g. 10 years for tax-relevant documents according to § 147 AO)
- Website logs: 7 days (then automatic deletion or anonymization)
- User accounts: Until deletion of the account by the user or upon request
- Cookies: Depending on cookie type, see cookie banner (maximum 2 years)
- Marketing data: Until withdrawal of consent or maximum 3 years after last contact
(3) Legal retention obligations: Due to legal regulations (e.g. Commercial Code, Tax Code), we may be obliged to keep certain data beyond the periods mentioned above. In this case, the data will be deleted after the legal retention periods have expired.
